I like the ease, organization, discounts for guests, and help with planning. The downsides are glitches, the contact collector to envelope printing isn’t as smooth as I’d hoped—it wants each individual to have their address listed before listing one party in an envelope to be sure it’s all the same group instead of just assuming that all plus ones or family members have the same address so I’m having to manually add addresses by copy and paste before I can order save the dates. Overall I do like it.

The website is intuitive and the tempates easy to edit. The options in terms of design and practicalites are great. Makes for a perfect wedding/event planning tool.

Of all the wedding website we chose Joy because it didn't require a guest list. I can just sent the link to my friends and they can enter the information themselves. The only issue I had with Joy is that when I upload photos, it has to be exact size for it to show nicely in the final page. Also, the text and font on the edit page keeps changing on me so that's a glitch to be fixed.

Through no fault of Joy, our booking turned to custard. This was due to the accommodation establishment misrepresenting the facilities and necessitated us finding an alternative place to stay. Once Isabella of Joy became involved, and gained an understanding of the situation, a full refund was achieved. Much appreciated

For the most part, everything is simple and seamless. However, would love if there was a timeline feature, I could edit existing RSVPs, and the contact collected and RSVP is a bit too confusing being two separate things.

Great website to prepare your wedding page. Relatively easy to follow, once you get familiar with it. Great customer service support- answered my query regarding sending email invites.
