We used this for our wedding and overall had a really great experience. Guests loved all the interactive features and the little extras we could add throughout the process. It made everything feel more connected and organized without being complicated for guests to use. The layout and user experience were straightforward, and it was easy to direct people where they needed to go for schedules, information, photos, etc. Several guests even commented that they wished they had known about this site when they got married. The only issue we ran into was with the “Moments” photo section. Uploading photos took a while because they had to be added one at a time instead of bulk uploading. Not a dealbreaker, just a little time consuming. Overall, we were really happy with it and would absolutely recommend it for weddings or events.

I think this website is great and very useful. Some areas where there could be some improvements are the overall user experience. It was kind of confusing at times when it opens a new window for each section instead of just easy an transition to that specific area.

My only regret looking back on my wedding was picking With Joy as my registry. More than half the items on my registry that my guests purchased for us were out of stock at the time of purchase and have remained out of stock for almost a year now, leaving us with over $1k in credit. This would be fine, except the options on the website are already incredibly limited. The search function is highly unreliable, and customer service is non-existent. There is no one you can call and speak with and they take weeks to respond to online inquiries and when they do, they're incredibly unhelpful. The prices for items listed on With Joy are often SIGNIFICANTLY more than retail price. We were looking at a vacuum that can be purchased from numerous other retailers online for between $300-450 and its over $600 on With Joy. The entire website is a scam. DO NOT USE!!!

Hi! I’ve really been enjoying using Joy for our wedding planning 😊 One thing I noticed, though, is that the guest search and name system feels very U.S.-centric and can be difficult for Mexican and Latin American naming conventions. Many guests have multiple first names and two last names, and guests may search themselves using either apellido, a middle name, or even a nickname. For example, one of our guests could not find herself by typing “Jocelyn” or “Morales,” and only appeared when “Morales Velasco” was typed exactly. This may confuse older family members or less tech-savvy guests. It would be amazing if Joy could better support international naming conventions with more flexible search functionality, partial matches, nickname/preferred name options, and separate fields for paternal and maternal surnames. 💚 I know changes like this may not happen immediately, and definitely not before our wedding, but I wanted to share the feedback because I’d love to see Joy continue growing and adapting for users worldwide. Just a suggestion and small concern from our experience 😊

What an incredible experience. Took the hustle away from managing our wedding guests and RSVP list.

I have been so frustrated by this terrible system, with joy, more like with unbearable frustration and maybe my fiance choosing this program will end our marriage before it happens (jk). But seriously you cant do anything outside of their system, you cant even upload a pdf to the site or include a pdf in an email. An i-frame for a wedding map I spent days working on, nope. Customizable layout outside of their templates, nope. Just absolutely brutal.
