Isabelle was fantastic. She responded right away to my issue and resolved it within 24 hours. I had accidentally ordered too many lights because I was tired and clearly not paying attention, lol. She was very understanding, friendly, and addressed my concerns right away. Her dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out and I very much appreciate her. I will definitely be ordering again from Havie simply because of the customer service that Izabelle provided.

Havie customer support is top notch. They get back to you right away and they quickly helped us resolve an issue with the lamp we received. The lamp is so cool and really sets a serene atmosphere. The colors and sounds are amazing.

I received my havie lamp as a gift. I reached out to the customer support team due to having some technical issues - Isabelle provided detailed step by step instructions on how to trouble shoot. Unfortunately it seemed my havie device was defective so Isabelle was prompt to confirm my shipping details & send out a replacement! Really appreciate the level of support provided.
