I had a light that was defective on arrival, but it was immediately replaced free of charge and with the most amazing and helpful customer service !!

I emailed Lunie in regards to my remote that was accidentally damaged & Isabelle responded the next day. She was kind & helpful. She sent me a new remote at no charge & even requested I recvd the confirmation email to ensure due process. I also love my two lamps, how the glow & the options of colors 🌈 Thank you Lunie & thank you 🙏🏼 Isabelle 💛

First, we love the lamp. I thought it was for me. My 2 year old thinks it’s for her. So I let her use the remote control… and it disappeared to who knows where. After searching for 3 weeks, I finally contacted the company to ask for a replacement. They shipped a new remote control immediately, free of charge, and now I want to buy little lamps for every room of the house! It’s packed with way more capabilities than I expected and is so relaxing. 10/10 would buy again.

Had a small issue with a delivery not getting delivered to the correct address, and they got me a replacement on the way ASAP, very friendly customer service. Isabelle helped me, and she did very well, polite, cordial, and friendly.

One of our lamps was faulty so I emailed the team and they arranged a replacement straight away. The light is great, everything I was hoping for. It has lots of settings and is super quiet. Highly recommend and thanks again Lunie for your help! :)

I recently ordered the Lunie Lamp. I received the lamp in the time frame that I was quoted, and everything works great! I thought I had an issue with the remote not working, so I reached out to their support team. They replied back very quickly and let me know that I just needed to turn on the lamp manually the first time, and from there I should be able to use the remote. This worked and I’ve had no issues since. It is a great lamp so far, and they have great customer service!
