The lamp itself is stunningly beautiful. I love watching the colors dance across my room after dark. When I misplaced the remote, I was worried about customer service charging me for a replacement. Not only was there no charge, but customer service responded QUICKLY and within a day, the replacement was ordered. Wonderful product and service! I highly recommend and am very appreciative. ✨👍🏻

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I reached out via email about a concern that the base of the light was burning hot and Isabelle responded back promptly with a solution to satisfy her customers. Even though I answered every email back late, she still responded back promptly willing to help. I recommend buying from them, you’ll be satisfied 100% ☺️☺️ Thank you Isabelle and Lunie Team 🩷🩷

I had a cheaper cube lamp but it was noisy and not that elegant. The Lunie lamp fixed that (NO sound at all when in standard use), better quality light and remote, built in relaxation sounds, doubles as a normal lamp with the plastic top on, built in timers and can be used as a small Bluetooth speaker. For all that I think the $60 asking price was great, and I'm delighted with my purchase. Wonderful to have in the dark winter months.

I bought the Lunie Lamp thought it was broken, I could not figure out how to turn it on. After a few conversations with a very responsive and patient customer service member I realised I was trying to turn it on by the metal speakers, not the concealed button that's under the actual Lumie logo 😆🤣. Silly billy. Now that I've managed to learn how to use it, it's absolutely amazing. I love the dappled lights and it creates a lovely atmosphere when I'm having a bubble bath, or reading before bed. Highly recommend!
