The lamp is beautiful, I use it in my massage room and really creates a relaxing vibe. The charging port stopped working and they promptly replaced it. Very happy with the customer service.

Love the product. I had an issue with a faulty remote and Havie's customer support was also excellent. They were quick to respond, provided clear troubleshooting steps, and expedited delivery of a new remote.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had my Havie Lamp for three months and absolutely love it — it creates the perfect relaxing atmosphere in my spa. When the lamp recently stopped spinning, I contacted customer service for help. They responded quickly and sent me a replacement lamp at no cost. The communication was excellent, and the process was effortless. I’m so impressed by their professionalism and how much they value their customers. Highly recommend both the product and the company!

I almost returned my lamp because I thought it was broken. Turns out I just didn’t know how to read instructions lol. When I emailed customer service, they replied within hours and walked me through how to properly use the lamp and it worked right a way!

Ik was sceptisch, maar tegelijkertijd was ik ook zo benieuwd naar de lamp dat ik dacht: oke, grote kans dat dit niks wordt, maar let’s try. En ik ben superblij dat ik het heb gedaan, want de lamp is amazing! Hij verlicht de hele kamer, de boxjes zijn top en je kan hem draadloos overal neerzetten. En ook de customer service is fantastisch. Ik had wat gedoe met een afstandbediening en kreeg meteen een nieuwe opgestuurd. Samenvattend: great product, great customer service! :)

When the delivery arrived, I unfortunately wasn’t home to receive it, so it was sent to a collection point. I ended up missing the pickup deadline because I was away on vacation. All my own fault. But when I reached out to the service desk, they were incredibly kind and understanding (thank you Isabelle). They promptly reshipped the package, and now I’m really enjoying my Lunie lamp! It creates a lovely atmosphere and offers plenty of different lighting options.
