Great customer service

The lamp is of good quality and pleasant. I was frustrated because I couldn't turn it on, and Isabelle was extremely helpful in resolving that.

I live in New Zealand and I've now purchased the Havie Lamp on 3 separate occasions: Once for me, and twice as gifts (the gift boxes are beautiful too!). I LOVE the lamp! It's exactly as it appears in the ads. It gives my room a beautiful ambience and the stereo for WiFi has an excellent sound quality (it comes with it's own meditative playlist!). The email support is fantastic and fast, as is delivery. Highly, highly recommended!

I was a little sceptical when I bought it, fearing that it will be cheap, but it's actually a really nice product! If you're looking for a cute, practical night light, and like the kind of peaceful ambiance it gives, then go for it! The wood-like base is very beautiful and really adds something compared to the other similar lamps I've seen. The speaker's quality is alright (don't have too much expectations though). I had to charge it every 3 days so far, with 2/3 hours of use everyday with bluetooth, and it charges quite fast (less than an hour, maybe even half of it). I really like that you can personalize everything thanks to the controller (like stopping the light to moove). Another good thing : the customers service is very quick et serious!! Just two negative points for me : the sound it makes when you allow the light to moove (a little buzzing, but maybe a continuous sound/music could cover it) and the big sound it makes when it is switched on and off. If you're alone, it will not be a bother, but if you're not, it could wake the other person(s). Besides that, for me, it is a big yes!
