Support is really kind and generous

They answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed to know about my product being shipped.

When I ordered my lamp, I accidentally left the gift wrap selection checked. Since it was just for myself, I didn’t need the gift wrapping and was worried I was still going to have to pay $9 for it. I reached out via email, and someone in customer service named Isabelle reached out promptly and was able to refund the cost of the gift wrapping. She was so helpful and sweet! I am so impressed and super appreciated of their customer service. Now just awaiting my lamp!

I love this little lamp! At first I had a problem with the remote but they immediately replaced it and now it works great! The speaker is nice too.
