HavieReviews of withhavie.com

I ordered my first lamp and I loved it !! The customer service I received when placing my order was amazing and they are so good with just making sure my order was to high standards and it they absolutely went above and beyond! The light effect are just beautiful!

Love my lamp! The colors and Bluetooth are great. I’d recommend making the cord longer but it’s not a dealbreaker. I’ve used it every night since I got it.

this lamp is truly the best thing ive purchased for my room, it makes my room so cozy and i am always getting compliments whether its through photos i send of my room, or people actually experiencing it. i turn the lamp on the moment the sun sets and i even leave it on when im sleeping. the colors are very beautiful and the white noise/bluetooth system is high quality. the team is very helpful and the lamp itself is very good quality

I love my lamp.... it's so soothing. I sleep wonderfully with the gold setting on and it's quickly become a "must have" in my house. I recently had a mishap with the remote (my fault entirely) and Havie was quick to replace it without question. Isabelle was both super responsive and very kind.

We've been loving our lamp so much! It started to malfunction so I emailed support and they responded immediately and they are replacing it for free under the two year warranty. That's excellent customer support! It's rare these days.

I had a customer support related issue that I emailed their team about, they got back to me within the hour and were a huge help. This is my second lamp as I love the first and wanted another to brighten up the room even more!

I just want to give a quick shout out to this wonder company! We as consumers are bombarded with ads and fake seller's so to find this amazing experience with a company I have never dealt with I am absolutely impressed. I saw this on another site which was quite a bit less but the reviews for the customer service was horrible so i went straight to the real site and i sent off an email to see if they would even respond. Not only did they answer my question In a timely manner they went above and beyond and applied a discount and it was a LIVE PERSON! Yes, we still want that,, and we still need human connections, it was refreshing. I cannot wait to receive my lamp and tell my daughter what a great experience I had... Way to go !!! Keep it up...the little things matter. Happy Holidays...

I recently ordered a Havie lamp & LOVE the dramatic & calming shadows it creates. I was disappointed that the charging cord (that is also lso terribly too short, so I hope Havie’s engineers will make these 3x as long) arrived slightly bent & unable to charge. But Havie’s great customer service, particularly Isabelle, resolved the issue right away & with such attention to detail! She came up with a creative solution that allowed me to purchase a different charging cable & was so sweet about it all. You’ve earned a happy customer who will sing your praises! Thank you, Isabelle!!! :-)
