I ordered an lamp and accidentally sent it to my old house. Once I realized, I emailed the company and asked if they could fix it on their end. Unfortunately it had already been shipped. Isabelle responded to my email and immediately sent a new package to my correct address. She was WONDERFUL to say the least. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was handled so quickly and kindly - especially during the holiday season. Thanks so much again!!! Nothing but great things to say.
