I honestly thought I was getting scammed when my lamp wasn’t “working”. I reached out to support and Isabelle responded with a full explanation of what was going on AND a video to show me exactly how to make the lamp work correctly. Amazing customer service from Isabelle! I had a weird issue the remote (ended up figuring it out!) but Isabelle replied with such a detailed and helpful and kind reply! Loving my Havie Lamp! VERY impressed with the white noise- I’m hard to impress with that kinda thing and it’s exceeds my expectations. The light from the lamp and assortment of colors is SO FUN. So soothing. Overall, I’m VERY HAPPY with my purchase! I’ve sent the link to many friends and my sister and my coworkers!

I thought my newly arrived Havie lamp was malfunctioning. I contacted customer service and Isabelle assisted me. She was very quick to reply and provided a detailed response and even video which clarified I mistook a malfunction and was the solution to my issue. Great product so far and excellent customer service!
