Isabelle was super helpful and friendly when one of the lights arrived not quite working correctly. She was prompt in her service and had a replacement sent on its way in just a few days.

Customer service with Havie has been excellent. Isabelle has gone above and beyond helping resolve my shipping issues. I would absolutely recommend them as a company for the customer service alone.

Ordered 2 motion lamps and opted for the $20 surprise light as well; all 3 are beautiful and create a fun vibe in any room. Had a slight issue with the motion of one of my lights, and their customer service rep (Isabelle) was so kind and helpful - they sent a replacement without hesitation. Would absolutely order from here again! :)

Super helpful customer service. My issue, which was 100%, my fault was addressed and taken care of extremely quickly. Better outcome than I expected.

The wrong address was on file so they kindly shipped a second one to my correct address and were very professional and even followed up to make sure I received it the second time. Great product also, really makes the room feel magical.

Well, honest review - our experience started off weak. There were problems in shipping (probably as we purchased before christmas), and we had a hard time understanding the shipping situation. However, Isabelle, who we were in contact with via email was patient and kind, amid our frustration. And when we got the product finally, our expectations were exceeded. We love our Havie lamps, and be patient, they will come through and help if there are hiccups. Thanks again Isabelle and team Havie.
