First of all, the Havie Lamp is really cool, once I got it up and running on my nightstand. More importantly, my customer service rep, Isabelle, was amazing throughout the entire process!! I emailed service to obtain and tracking number for the package, and she helped me throughout the rest of the way home. Pure professional, knowledgeable, and sincere. Bring on the warm light nights all winter long!

I thought I was having issues with my product and sent an email - turns out I just wasn’t doing the right thing to get it working and had a personalized response by a real human (Isabelle) who kindly explained to me a few things to try to resolve my issue. She was responsive and personal and I was very thankful to have that level of support on a product I’ve purchased

The Havie and reading lamp are great and I’m so happy with my purchase. I had a few questions and customer service was responsive, helpful, and friendly. Isabelle did a great job answering my questions.

I was super excited about my light and was disappointed that it would not turn on consistently. I reached out to Havie to possibly return it and it turned out that I was not doing it properly. The service was prompt and amazing!

I have had my Havie lamp for over a year now. The colours are lovely, and I like the ability to change them + I can also customise the volume of sound with each + the type of noise, too. It's really helped with calming me down and helping me sleep. I lost my remote recently, I couldn't find it anywhere and I was so gutted. I emailed the Havie team to ask if I could buy a replacement, or confirm what I needed to do, and Isabelle from Havie replied and said they'd send me one free of charge. She was so sweet and understanding, and efficient! The order confirmation email for my new remote came to me within an hour of her saying she'd sort it out. Not only is the lamp brilliant, but their team are too. I'm very thankful! Thank you Isabelle and Havie.

These lights are beautiful! All my kids want one for their rooms now 😂 Will be buying some for Christmas presents. Do yourself a favor and buy more than one so you can give one away. Customer service is top notch. Very friendly and helpful. Great company

I received the Havie lamp as a gift and had a question about the noise machine settings. Their customer service rep, Isabelle, got back to me so quickly and was very helpful in giving me the answer I was looking for. Plus she was very sweet via email which is something I appreciate.
