I thought I had an issue with my brand new lamp, so I emailed the company… They got back to me quickly with exactly what I needed to do and we’re very kind in their correspondence. Looking forward to using the lamp for a long time.

The costumer service is very great, 5 ⭐️ worthy. My lamp stopt rotating after about 2-3 months of use and they were very friendly about it when I reached out. They tried troubleshooting first and when that didn't work they send me a new lamp. So very amazing. The reason why I gave a 4 ⭐️ review is because the lamp did malfunction, and stopped working. Beside that, the lamp is great. Perfect to fall asleep with since the remote has a timer on it. If you don't care much for the fact that the lamp has the rotation function I would definitely recommend this product

Älskar lampan och det magiska sken den ger! Kul med så många olika funktioner och färgvarianter. Dock slutade lampan rotera efter bara någon vecka, men jag fick ett jättebra bemötande av kundsupport och de skickade genast en ny lampa till mig.

I would give 4.5 out of 5 if I could. Unfortunately my first order was lost in transit, but when I reached out to customer support I received confirmation of a new shipment at no charge within 2 days. Very responsive. Looking forward to receiving my order.
