I am so crazy disappointed after receiving my “Angel eye” lamp. It was simply sent from China (I saw tracking number) and there in NOTHING from the company: cheapest materials, cheapest packaging, no logo. It’s insane scam company! Go in Temu or Aliexpress — exactly the same ones are 3 times cheaper!

This Company is a Fraud
I ordered three lamps from your website and paid extra for shipping protection. The order was advertised as including 2–3 day shipping. The order status on your website indicated that my package had been picked up by the courier and even provided a tracking number. However, the tracking link showed no shipment updates for two days.
During that time, I emailed Havie three separate times and received no response. I then contacted the courier directly using the tracking number provided. They replied within minutes, informing me that only a shipping label had been created and that the seller had not sent the package to them yet. They advised me to follow up with the seller again.
Eventually, I received a response from Isabel, who claimed that my order had not been ignored, that it was still “processing,” and that it would leave the warehouse within one to two days. She assured me that once the courier picked it up, the tracking information would update normally.
Despite this, my order summary on the Havie website now shows a new tracking number and claims the package has left the airport and is currently in transit. But when I click the tracking link, the courier’s website still shows only that a label was printed and that the package has not left the warehouse.
It has now been 12 days since I placed my order.
At this point, I feel I have been misled. The conflicting information between your website and the courier’s system strongly suggests that the package has never left your warehouse. I have not received any further communication from Isabel since her first email.
The multiple discrepancies I’ve found—including inconsistent tracking updates, questionable website information, copied address details, and suspicious reviews—lead me to believe this may be a scam.
I have filed a dispute with my bank and will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. I also plan to share my experience on the social media platform where I first came across your product. Additionally, my research into your company has revealed several inconsistencies regarding your listed address, the age of your website, and the authenticity of your reviews.
This situation is unacceptable, and the evidence strongly suggests fraudulent activity.

Affiliate denial
As a AAT ( animal assisted therapist ) I work with kids with ASS, ADhD, etc i asked to be on their affiliate programm but instead of asking and informing as to why I would’ve wanted that, they just dryly declined.
I use essential oils, animals and light to help them
Relax… the parents then buy the oil mixes I use… would’ve been a good thing for them too…anyways… will find another brand that does want to collab.
A pitty as I loved the product

Hey,
We don't have an affiliate program. We are looking for brand ambassadors that match our brand aesthetic to license and buy content from, but who also can get an affiliate link, which is a bit different. So we only accept people who match out brand's aesthetic, and that's why your application got rejected. Not because you don't do good work. :)

This thing is absolute garbage
UPDATING SINCE THEY REPLIED: they sent me the EXACT same message, copy and pasted when I told them about the issues I'm having. I've had the lamps for 2 weeks and they're already broken. This is a SCAM.
Original:
This thing is absolute garbage. The light is plastic and is so bright without the cover it will actually hurt to have on. If you put the cheap cap on it (that doesn't actually stay put) then the patterns are gone and you just get really dim light. The battery life is only 4-5 hours, so their whole "it's wireless and you can have it anywhere" thing is bullshit. The speakers that are "for white noise" are the worst quality humanly possible. There's a remote which is nice but the OFF button is only standby so if you charged them all day, unplug, and turn them on, they die very shortly after.
I've had so many issues and every single one of them they had an obvious canned response along the lines of "the speakers aren't terrible, they're just cheap and meant for sounds that you don't really need to hear," "the power button is obviously not the one that says on/off. It's the logo that you long hold. We told you that on page 17 of the manual that's only half written" don't even get me started on the absolute piece of garbage the "bonus gift" is. They very obviously paid for reviews on their website because they only "verify" the good ones. I have the credit card statement proving I stupidly wasted money because of those reviews. Don't be like me. Skip this piece of shit

Hi there,
We’re sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy the product, but we’d like to clarify a few details to avoid confusion:
Material:
The light housing is made from plastic because it’s the only material that can be molded into this shape. Every major white-noise or ambient projector on the market uses plastic for the same reason.
Brightness:
The lamp has adjustable brightness, so even with the cover off, you can set it to be very dim. At maximum brightness, it’s quite powerful, that’s what allows it to project vivid patterns.
Battery life:
The 4–5 hours of battery life you mentioned is expected at full brightness. Since the lamp is very bright at its highest setting, that runtime is normal for this type of device.
Power controls:
The OFF button on the remote does turn the lamp off, but the logo button on the lamp itself acts as a manual on/off switch, it overrides the remote by design.
Speaker quality:
The speaker is on par with most Bluetooth speakers in this size range. Bluetooth audio in general has limited fidelity, so it’s meant for ambient sound or white noise, not high-end audio playback.

Never buy the lights through Bluely
Never buy the lights through Bluely! They are scammers. Idk if Havie itself is too tho..

Hi,
I think there might be some confusion here. You mentioned you’re not sure if Havie itself is involved, but still left a 1-star review. To clarify, we’re not affiliated with Bluely and don’t sell our products through them.
It sounds like your experience was with a different company, and we’d really appreciate it if you could update or remove the review to reflect that.
Best regards,

Unjustified pricing at $59 usd per lamp…
Unjustified pricing at $59 usd per lamp when it is dropped-shipped from Nancheng, China. The owner must be making close to 6x the combined material, labour, and shipping expense in profit..
Update:
Lol the owner is responding to actually double down on drop shipping from a Chinese mass manufacturer and warehouse.
Reminder that drop shipping just means that the same people you are exploiting with cheap labour are the same people being held accountable for the defects from the assembly line. The owner’s solution is just to charge so much money that it covers sending you a second one when the inevitable defects show up and waste your time.
If you want to drop ship, just don’t kid yourself that charging like 6-8x in profit is justified.
A premium price should mean that every care has been taken to get things right the first time, which is opposite to the philosophy of mass quantity manufacturing.

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts — we hear you, and we’d love to clarify.
While our lamp is manufactured in China, we’re not simply drop-shipping a generic product. We own stock and have established a direct partnership with our manufacturing team. This allows us to maintain tighter quality control, continuously upgrade the design, and introduce thoughtful new features based on real customer feedback.
Our pricing reflects not just the cost of production, but also the investment we put into product development, logistics, local warehousing, packaging, customer support, and after-sale service — all of which help ensure a better overall experience for our customers.
We understand that pricing is an important factor when choosing a product, and we’re committed to delivering value that justifies it. That means a lamp that performs better, lasts longer, and is made with care — not just mass-produced.
Thanks again for your input — it helps us grow.
UPDATE:
We are not charging a "premium" on this product. There are lamps with much less features that cost way less to produce, being sold for much, much more.
Our $59 price is considered low in the industry, as we are not competing with Chinese sellers on Amazon/Ebay selling cheap goods, but with big established brands.
Warmly,
The Lunie Team
