I had originally ordered a Havie for myself, and my kids loved it so much and each wanted their own. I placed a second order for a couple more, and they ended up getting lost in shipping (no fault to Havie). I contacted customer service and my situation was promptly and professionally handled quickly by Isabella. She got a couple lamps back out to us right away and was so friendly and helpful in the process.

i purchased three different lamps, many months ago, and i’m glad to say they’re all still perfectly lampful. i had contacted havie’s customer support regarding the integrity of one of the lamps, but i was mistaken, and the lamp was perfectly fine. still, the customer support team was kind and helpful as i could have ever hoped for. five stars to a five-star company

I love it for my massage therapy studio, at first I couldn’t understand why it wasn’t turning on. I contacted customer service,they were quick to respond with an instructions and a video to help me. It’s a soft touch on the side to turn it on. It seems to run out of battery quick if you use it all day for massages so I keep it plugged in. The light is calming
