Great customer service! I’m excited to try these lamps!

This is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had from a company lately. Not only are they very responsive but they’re helpful, kind and quick to resolve the issue. Oh and did I mention I LOVE my Havie lamp? Great product and great customer service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great customer service team and great product!

I recently celebrated a one year anniversary with my partner and I ordered a Havie lamp to help set the mood for a beautiful home cooked meal. Let's just say we won't be eating out anytime soon ;) Also, the customer service with Isabelle at Havie was out of this world. Excellent customer service!

Great customer service, I sent the product to my old address on accident and asked them to change it the same day I ordered, that came back the next morning and said it had shipped already but they would gladly send me another one to the correct address!
