I join a server and this is their hosting, my ping there is always so high but when I join other minecraft servers, I get stable 40 ping. Is this the hosting problem itself or is it my internet? (It’s in the same region btw) Thanks.
Response from WitherHosting LLCMay 23, 2022
Hello there and thank you for the review. To diagnose ping issues, please open a live chat (the blue bubble in the bottom right of our websites). This would allow us to look into the issue you are having. Thanks!

I have been using Wither Hosting as my go to hosting service for the last 8 months. All my interactions with staff members have been positive, and they are always happy to help! Throughout the 8 months I have experienced little to no downtime issues. However, recently their panel went down for an extensive period of time (2 days), and I am still having some issues with the panel. They were able to compensate me for the downtime which was nice. Support is not the fastest, but has definitely improved on response time since I first started.
Response from WitherHosting LLCMay 23, 2022
Hi there! Thanks for the review. We are sorry for the downtime of our panel. If there are still issues with it please let us know in a live chat and we can get that resolved for you ASAP. Also, we are working on getting some new support staff on the team (we have actually already got a new person) and we hope to improve the support response times. Thank you for using us. Regards, WitherHosting.

Cant acces panel for 2 days, Then they fix it and servers now dont start, wouldnt recommend if you have a active player base, too many issues Then my server only has 12gb or ram when i pay for 16, I though wither hosting couldn't get worse awhile back :/ shame to see Edit, My server just got randomly suspended like what? This isnt the first time this has happened like what the hell? It is all paid for
Response from WitherHosting LLCMay 16, 2022
Hey there. We are working around the clock to resolve issues, and you have gone unnoticed. We can see that your issues are now fixed, so hopefully this review can be edited/removed :) Edit: The server most likely would have been suspended for some reason or the other which we can fix for you if you open a live chat. We are sorry about the issues that have been caused so far, and we are working on improving the experience for everyone, including you Best, WitherHosting
