I would rate it zero stars if I could
I would rate it zero stars if I could. I ordered my gun in MAY 2025 and now I'm trying to track it and apparently its coming in 300 DAYS.

I have only had excellent results using Arsenal. I have seen the negative reviews and am really surprised. Most recently, I had a question about my unit and contacted the company. I had a response within a few hours. What surprised me most was the follow-up email to check if my Arsenal was working correctly. This type of concern for customers is unique. I highly recommend this excellent company.

Simply never worked at all with my Canon EOS R. I'm very technically savvy (IT Consultant with > 28 years experience and still up to date) but despite trying all the firmware updates (camera and arsenel2) and a couple of alternate cables ...it just never recognised the camera. Customer service was OK I guess (I went past the point at which it was returnable which is 99% my fault, but having taken >8 months to eventually arrive rather than the estimated 2.5 , life had moved on! They did suggest buying another cable from them, but I'd had it with them at that point having had the original cable and another 3rd party one. The port on the EOS R is admittedly a bit picky on cables... connection to PC (which I hardly ever do) only works with 1 of USB cables I tried.

Shared reviews and testimonials from actual owners and investors and ti was blocked on Facebook for telling the truth. Do not buy this product it's been on back order for years it's a scam.

Dear Trust Pilot, my old friend. After making an initial complaining review through your good selves about my *‘disgusting’ treatment (sick, old ‘Gunner’) and Arsenal Direct (?) PROMISING to get *Arsenal Ticketing (?) to explain, needless to say I have heard NOTHING! Poor show! Thank you anyway Trust Pilot. Roger.

Simply put, the Arsenal 2 Pro is a poorly made gimmick. Not only is the Panorama feature nowhere near as smooth as advertised, the seams are completely noticeable and worse than using Photoshop's automatic tool; even smartphones work better for this. Focus stacking uses a poorly documented metric of "steps" which no one at the company can precisely define, so be prepared to spend several hours testing "step size" *every* time you want to use it. Timelapses have huge amounts of flicker and the company's stance (after confirming you have already bought the Arsenal) is that you always have to post-process timelapses anyways (before buying the Arsenal the company will tell you it eliminates the need for post-processing in all but the most extenuating circumstances). Worst of all, it's battery life is about 2 hours, unless you use it for timelapses which cuts it down to 1 hour - and it will reek of burning plastic afterwards.
