Bought arsenal 2 and very disappointed with the experience. Constantly freezes and restarts the usb connection. Customer service blamed it on my lens but the experience is the same with all three of my lenses. Waste of money.

The tech seems really slick. Worked just a couple of times before the female connection on the Assistant/camera hdmi failed (the slot on Arsenal’s port side). Now it seldom connects to the camera and only then when you wrap the cable in such a way as to tighten the connection by force.
