Hooked on the products after the trial. It's about $200-300 every 2 months after the trial. There are less expensive ways to do this, but their ingredients are top-notch. I can see a reduction in pore size after 2 weeks, and cannot wait to see how it helps long term. Customer service is helpful and responsive through email, as well as messaging your dermatologist through the site.

This was so much better than the initial AI chatbot that almost caused me to cancel my subscription. P.S. Trustpilot requiring me to sign in or sign up just to submit this review causes friction. I'd recommend changing that.
