First of all, I love their product. As someone who isn't the most tech savvy, they make my email signature look very established and professional. I've never had any issues, however the one time I tried to reach out, the customer service was amazing and that is hard to come by these days.

I've been using WiseStamp for a few years now. It used to be great - very easy to create and install on email platforms. Now the steps to install your signature are complicated and tedious, and after following the instructions exactly, my signature still didn't install in Apple Mail. Furthermore, I previously used the signatures on both my Gmail and business email accounts. Now however, I'm unable to use more than one signature. The reason/error code it gave me didn't make sense. Again I followed the instructions to resolve the issues but wasn't able to actually make it work. I don't know what happened, but it's definitely gone downhill.

These guys have some of the most knowledgeable support staff around. I bring them hard questions, and they knock it out of the park. The customer service is top-notch, from the AI help to the live human help. Glad I am a user of WiseStamp.

I guess with a 2.7, one more bad review means little if anything. Customer service is not there at all. I think it may all be AI. They set meetings and never show up. They email back as if they never read your email. They kept trying to bill us for twice the number of users we have. I tried to tell them to fix the invoice, and we would pay it. They are clueless, so dont bother putting all the work into them, only to have to change it. Also, now AI does a pretty good job for free. And at least the AI counts users accurately.

I was flummoxed by the issue of iPhone not syncing signature page with computer. When I read the digital directions they gave I felt more confused but was able to ask, piece by piece, what everything meant. They were patient and persistent and non-judging, and after a few tries, it’s now syncing beautifully. Thank you WiseStamp !

The Tech has been great. We really love the custom email signature design that the team created for us. It is very easy to switch out the event banners & turn on and off signatures.
