I've been using WiseStamp for a few years now. It used to be great - very easy to create and install on email platforms. Now the steps to install your signature are complicated and tedious, and after following the instructions exactly, my signature still didn't install in Apple Mail. Furthermore, I previously used the signatures on both my Gmail and business email accounts. Now however, I'm unable to use more than one signature. The reason/error code it gave me didn't make sense. Again I followed the instructions to resolve the issues but wasn't able to actually make it work. I don't know what happened, but it's definitely gone downhill.

We initially loved WiseStamp for our company. The idea of centralizing and streamlining email signatures across the team was exactly what we needed, and at first it seemed like a huge time-saver. Unfortunately, our experience went downhill when we ran into issues with the email signature editor. After one of their “updates,” we discovered that we could no longer edit our current template. Instead of improving functionality, the update actually made it harder. What’s been most frustrating is the customer service experience. We’ve reached out multiple times about the same issue and received the exact same response each time... it's clearly automated and not addressing the actual problem. It feels like we’re stuck in a loop with a bot rather than getting real support. For a service that’s supposed to save time and minimize frustrations, we’ve ended up spending far more time trying to resolve issues than it would take to manage signatures manually.

Lacks of Features One should try out the signatures by their own. Good to have own signature generator tool.

Too confusing. I don't want help with emails All I want is a nice 'signature' with occasional banner app. It doesn't load very fast even when I think it's working.

I've been using WiseStamp for at least two years, and have not really had any problems until recently when I tried to change my billing information. There is currently no way to change any of your billing information through your account on their website. This is a problem as I want the convenience to switch things up whenever needed. I contacted customer service to ask when the billing information page was going to be working again. Instead of being helpful they continuously gave very vague answers like, "I want to assure you that we're diligently working on enhancing this feature on our website to better serve your needs." and, "I want to inform you that our dedicated team is actively working on enhancing this particular aspect of the WiseStamp platform." But they refused to give me any idea about when this work would be done. The only option I was given was that I could cancel my auto-renewal and re-purchase it through their "integrated merchant". All of this made me very uncomfortable, and its all still very unclear-- Who is this integrated merchant? Will this close my account down and cause me to have to set up my signatures again? Where will I be putting in my new payment information? Why aren't you providing a basic service that every other business provides on their website? The customer service was so unhelpful and repetitive in their answers that I ended up very uncomfortable and frustrated, and am now looking for a new service provider. Would advise you go elsewhere for signature hosting services. Awful experience.
