I had a really disappointing experience with Wise Pelican. First, they renewed my subscription automatically without any prior notice, which caught me completely off guard. There was no reminder, no warning — just a charge on my account. What frustrated me even more is that they advertised Facebook integration, which was one of the main reasons I signed up. But on my account, it never worked. When I reached out to support, they simply blamed Facebook and offered no real solution. If you’re going to promote a feature, it should at least function or come with proper support. I don’t recommend Wise Pelican if you’re expecting transparency and working features.

Took a long time being sent , called a second time and finally was sent out. Received two bills. Not sure i owed both. The website was not user friendly and the girl helping was not patient with me.

Signed up for a year long compaign of postcards for a farm area. Did not receive a single lead or property owner response. Wise Pelican was helpful, but the results non-existent.

Wise Pelican has great interface that make designing and ordering super easy. Plus they have excellent US based customer service representative that always responds and provides top-notch care.

I love the post cards the QR codes are great but I still got no clients calling or emailing me. So still discouraging and not feeling positive about getting results.

Easy to use and design your own post card with your branding. I have been using them for 5+ years.

Poor customer service. They do return calls. They do not help.

I have been working with Wise Pelican for years. They have quick turnaround times and support is available immediately during office hours. If you are using direct mail in your business they are a great vendor to work with.
