Horrible customer service super long wait times they never call back and when you do get to talk to someone they can’t help because they are over flow support I would recommend going with another company

I was approved for a loan, now it won't let me login in and says I need bank verification. If they do not send funds tomorrow, and they try to make me pay anyways and continue to not answer the phone I am sueing this company.

This is worst lending company around! Their customer service sucks! You try contacting them to resolve an issue and they tell you your call is being escalated and no one ever calls you back. Their chat is useless because Reinalin, who is the representative doesn't know much. Additionally Their interest rates are ridiculous! I think the manager is to blame. She doesn't train employees and she's bringing the agency down. Just look up reviews under AI. I don't recommend them. There are so many options out there!

It was fast and convenient, no long hassle plus the experience was very easy.

At first there was some issues regarding email communication. However the staff at Wise Loan were very diligent and together we resolved those issues. I like that they approve loans for most people with bad credit. I am grateful for that. They are clear and concise with the fees and terms. One should bear in mind this is a Loan that accumulates interest on a daily basis and make sure you can handle the repayment accordingly. Overall I would recommend Wise Loan . It suited my needs. I will definitely consider utilizing their services again in the future. Thank You Wise Loan.

This company is the absolute worst. I have had a pending loan for 3 days. I wait on hold then have to leave a call back number only to never receive a call back. I have called numerous times where I have been straight up hung up on. I have not once gotten an email reply after several emails sent. The ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have ever dealt with. How this company is allowed to do this is criminal and they should be reported.

This RIDICULOUS company does NOT answer their phone....EVER This ridiculous company does NOT answer their emails....EVER. ABSOLUTELY the truth!!!! They (I'm sure will reply to this) And it will state that (We are here for you 24/7) If ANYBODY thinks Im lying...CALL them IMMEDIATELY and see what happens! REPLY TO YOUR REPLY..... ABSOLUTE LIES!!!! I paid you BACK MORE THAN DOUBLE the amount I BORROWED!!!!! TRIED FOR 3 F'N MONTHS TO REACH A LIVING HUMAN BEING WITH ZERO SUCCESS. You know where you can "PUT" your untrue REPLIES!
