Dear Ms. Brown, Thank you for your review on Trust Pilot and the opportunity for Essential Lending d/b/a Wise Loan (Company) to respond. The Company does offer options for customers to make payments online via the customer payment portal or they can call customer service and make a payment as long as their loan is in an active status. If the loan has been closed and placed with a third party, then the customer would need to contact the third party to make their payment as the loan would be closed and not show active anymore in the Company’s database. In regard to the Company filing suit against you, please be advised that the Company does not take legal action on unpaid accounts.
