all this place did was ignore me and string me around for a year just to tell me the money-back guarantee was voided for something they charged me extra for. so for my 910 $ I got a big old nothing but a year of my time waisted this place is a scam

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO IT, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! I have been nothing but lied to. I was told that they worked out of Columbus Ohio, but they are based in Texas! I was told by , a "consultant " that a lawyer from Cincinnati would contact me, NEVER HAPPENED!!! When I tried to get hold of this "consultant" about a week later, the number had been turned off. I made an initial down payment of 1000.00 dollars off of my wife's card. They said they would set up a payment plan with me but they just took a payment out of my wife's card with NO signature or permission!! When I decided to terminate the proceedings, all of the sudden I got a call from an attorney. He said, can I help you or is there anything I can do. When I questioned him about my so called meeting with an attorney, he said oh uhmm we forgot about that. Also read the fine print, you will only be able to use a gun in the state you are charged, nowhere else. Also you can't get a conceal and carry permit. You also cannot purchase any firearm that requires a background check. Do your homework people, it's a scam in my opinion, I get nothing out of this so why would I take my time to write this??? I IMPLORE YOU, DON'T DO IT!!! I had to update this review because it was taken down when I put my contact information on this site about a class action lawsuit. So I now have an update, I was told I would receive a refund in 30-45 days and it never happened! When I called again I was told they didn't know I wanted a refund. My new timeline was 45-90 days, what changed? My wife contacted the firm wanting to know about the refund and was told it was being processed. When she called again she left a voicemail and no response. We are short of money and desperately need that money because of the covid 19, but they don't care, these are the people you're dealing with! GOOD LUCK!!!

Did what they said they'd do, and they did it for less money than I got quotetd elsewhere. I didn't really do much but sign stuff and it only took a couple months. My conviction is gone, I'm happy. Thanks!!
