WipeRecord, A Division of Eastman Meyler, PCReviews of wiperecord.com

WipeRecord has helped clear my record and changed my life. While some of these reviews state their experience as being bad, I would have to disagree. It seems some of these reviews had a different expectation when they bought into the service. I knew going into the process, it would take a while to complete because of my payment plan and their EXTREMELY LOW price. My paralegal handling the process was always kind and updated as we reached each stage of my case. If I had any questions or concerns, I contacted their office and/or scheduled an appointment with my paralegal. Their service is important for people like me to able to afford representation that has cleared my record. Being able to schedule an appointment to speak with my paralegal at any time, really put my worries to rest as I made payments!

Yay, 6.5 months and done!! I made monthly payments based on the amount I choose & wanted to pay (which was auto-pay @ 3 months).. I thought my case would take longer than the 6 months quoted because it was out-of-state but WipeRecord was honest & accurate from the beginning; they let me know what to expect from the start -- no fluff or lies to get your business (which I appreciated).. Great service. No need to consistantly email or call to check in, they have an online portal where you can look @ the status of your case so the best thing to do is be patient and let them do their job. I recommend WipeRecord to my family, friends & coworkers.. Two thumbs up👍🏼👍🏼

The outcome was what we wanted bit process was alittle slow. Overall happy

My son asked me to describe the feeling of having a clean background. I just feel like a weight has been lifted. Easy and painless with the WipeRecord crew - their payment plans are helpful for sure.

I'm very pleased with WipeRecord's results. Great company!

In this day and age of the coronavirus, "essential workers" and "essential businesses" have been topics of conversation in my apartment. Most people, I assume, would argue that essential workers are those who work in hospitals and are on the front line of saving lives. I would throw WipeRecord up there as an essential business before the coronavirus pandemic, during it and long after as well. In a way, they save lives too. Look, just because you've paid your "debt" to society doesn't mean you're on equal footing with those who have never been arrested or convicted of a crime. Have you ever applied to a job and get nervous that no matter what you say, the company will still run a background check on you and if an arrest or conviction pops up, then you may as well see your chances severely diminished. That was me. Not anymore. I have a job. I have a clean record. I have to thank Wipe Record for so much good they do. Shout out to my boy, Matt in intake! They saved my life. I hope they help make yours better too. WipeRecord = essential business!

Happy to report my background is "convictionless". Kind of hard to explain the gratefulness of having your firearm rights restored as a result of expunging your record - especially now! My mantra lately has been - don't let stupid mistakes from your youth dictate the rest of your life. WipeRecord delivers on what they say they will do. Plain and simple.

On January 18 2019 . I contacted Wipe Record to inquire about sealing my criminal record . A contract was agreed to in which I would pay $3,300.00 to their firm in installments . My account was paid in full on April 15th 2019 . Well before I was required to do so . I inquired regularly as to the status of my case(s) . However , almost every time I did this I was met with excuse that the paralegal assigned to my case. Was no longer with them . This happened several times and I gave them the benefit of the doubt . Then they began to ignore my inquires all together . Even going as far as to completely ignoring scheduled (phone)appointments . This prompted me to file a complaint in September 2019 with the Better Business Bureau . As a result of complaint #13811223 . I was able to make contact with their firm . We agreed on on a partial refund . On October 3rd 2019 I received an “refund assessment' via email from their billing department . The refund amount totaled to $1700. This email also stated that “ Per policy, your refund shall be issued by check between 90-120 days. Our office will follow up shortly to issue all files and documents completed on your case. “ . I then waited until December 20th 2019 to inquiry about the status of my refund . I received a response the same day stating the following “Your refund was approved on 10/3/19, in the amount of $1,700.00. Our refund policy states 60-90 days from your approval date of 10/3/19.” I received a second reply to my December 20th 2019 inquiry on December 26th 2019 . It stated the following : “Thank you for reaching out. Your refund is still pending and is scheduled to be mailed out towards the end of January, per our refund queue. Our office will notify you once the check is mailed out. Please let us know if you have any further questions. “ I yet again waited patiently until January 28th 2020 to inquire again about the status of my refund . I received a reply the following day stating : “Thank you for reaching out to us. I have reached out to our finance manager regarding your refund mailing date. Unfortunately, he has informed me that you are still in our refund queue and should have it ready in about a month.   I sincerely apologize and wish I had the authorization to mail out your refund check sooner, however, that is not the case and I am required to wait for my finance manager to provide me with a mailing date. “ I again inquired again on February 14 2020 . I have not heard from them since . I do not believe they had any intention to pursue my case or to issuing a refund .I believe they are scammers . I doubt that any progress was made on my case and am now requesting a full refund of $3,300 .
