The first 6 months went great,phone calls and emails were returned in a timely manner. It's been almost 2 years and my case hasn't gone anywhere. I've heard from them maybe 4 times the past year and now I can't even log onto the client portal and emails get no response. I'm starting to believe they are a scam and I'm gonna pursue them to get my money back. UPDATE Well as I said previously I've had no contact with my paralegal or anyone from Wiperecord since January. Today I went online and saw my case was presented to the court in February and it was heard in April and a dismissal was granted on 5/10/23. I'll raise my rating to 4 Stars but would still advise people to be careful.

It was a good experience could have been a little shorter, however it was and is complete. The one thing I really liked was that my paralegal was always there to talk to me. One thing that I would like to see changed would be to have a hard copy of some sort paperwork from you guys. For about a year I thought that I had fallen for a scam of some sort. Two years is a Long time to go with nothing g but a phone call between client and lawyer and no paper work on top. Anyway thank you for your help, I am still waiting for paper work from court.

I had a change of attorney right at the end near my court date and was never contacted by the updated attorney. The judge was highly annoyed when the attorney in court was not on the docket. Other than that everything went well. Very quick process especially if you pay off and don't elongate the payment process

Everything was handled very professionally. The only reason they are 4 instead of 5 stars, is simply the time it took them to get to where they could file the petitions for me. There is simply no reason it should take 18 months for 2 petitions. They did just what they said they would, they just took a bit of time to do it.

Using Wiperecord to seal my conviction was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. They took care of everything from filing my petition with the court to attending my hearing; I hardly had to do anything. Highly recommend!

I have had 4 different paralegals. They said in my area the expungement should take about 9 months. I am approaching 3 years (partly due to covid) and my last correspondence stated it could be another year. I did get my expungement. I recommend to keep on top of your case and speak to your paralegals on a regular basis.

WipeRecord was recommended by a friend and I am very greatfull because they helped me out a lot. Had a bit of bad history which made me fear it could make it hard getting my dream job but WipeRecord did a great job helping me.
