Love this software, works like a charm. I've had it for at least a couple of years and hasn't skipped a beat. I did have a problem with a particular dvd; made an enquiry and within 10 hours got a reply and a resolution (I just needed more info than usual - a particularly difficult dvd).

Lifetime license has been the best purchase of my computing life. In addition to the program working exactly as I wanted, customer service has always been fast and helpful. Highly recommended.

Excellent DVD product and Excellent support from Ricky Ma. I had difficulty including Forced-Subtitles into my MV4 film output but Ricky quickly and simply solved my problem.

This company has outstanding customer service. I had an issue with licensing issues and it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. It is rare to find a business committed to customer satisfaction anymore. I am quite impressed with both the quality of the programs and the service. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of any of these programs.

I’ve been using WinXDVD for quite a few years on and off. I just purchased the lifetime membership because I guess it’s no longer free. I didn’t have a problem with that because I think it’s a really good program. I ran into a problem. I was getting a message something about the folder destination. I really didn’t know what it meant. So I emailed the company. Within a few hours they answered me and told me what to do. I was so happy as I’m not really that computer savvy. But I figured it out. Now it works. Yay 😀
