Computer continuously crashes after I downloaded the paid application (lifetime), and am now unable to receive a refund. Don't bother with these guys unless you want to lose money and crash your laptop.

This company offers a 30-day money back guarantee, which is featured all over their site. What they don't tell you is that they have a lot of conditions when you request a refund and they get to decide whether you're worthy of a refund or not. The support cannot seem to understand that I'm not interested in any more troubleshooting and want them to honor their guarantee.

The biggest issues with this software is that you cannot interrupt the process cleanly.. It just refuses to be Forced Quitted.. and you need to eject the DVD via reboot or otherwise... Other issues are that from time to time it does not indicates the correct audio channels. I had to use another ripper to get it right, the last issue is that depending on the quality of the DVD and your DVD player it aborts a lot towards the end of the film. In other words, it needs a fair bet of work,, An other problem with this software is that it cuts off the end of a movie (not always) by 6 to 8 seconds. This is a major flaw and in my opinion makes the product partly useless especially for homemade movies. Last but not least, their support is not the best. I have had 5 different individuals looking at my emails and they always ask for the same questions because they do not use case numbers. Because of all of the above they are reluctant to issue refunds on time. So be careful if you want to deal with them...

Awful. Do not buy from these people. They offer a 30 day money back peace of mind guarantee on the DVD Ripper. When I got it, it would not rip the whole of my DVDs, only the first few minutes. Their technical support made suggestions, all of which I tried and none of which worked. So I deleted the software and asked for my money back. They have simply argued and argued and don't want to make a refund. Update: immediately after I wrote this review, the company contacted me offering a refund provided I amended my review. I have now had the refund. And by adding this update, I am fulfilling my side of the arrangement - I have hereby amended the review.

I purchased WinX DVD Ripper but found that it did not do what I needed it to do. Online states "Worry Free Money Back Guarantee In 30 Days". I uninstalled the product and contacted them 1 day after purchase. We have gone back & forth 3 times now and they state "we do not accept unreasonable and unexplained refund". I have explained that the product does not do what I want it do to, but they continue to refuse to refund my money. Their worry free money back guarantee is not true and misleading. After you purchase the product they will not accept your reasons or explanations. I will not do further business with this company and recommend that you don't either.

This is the worst software I have ever used. It doesn’t work, they offer something that they can’t preform. The customer service is absolutely horrible, they are so incredibdly rude. Only care for the money DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Im still in the processing of trying to get a refund which seems impossible at this time. I warn you, this product does not work and the customer service is the worst to deal with. I wish i could rate this company a 0 out of 5 stars. They false advertise the movies do not go into itunes.
