WinX DVD Ripper Platinum is a true winner! Fail proof, 100 % DVD ripped! So far, more than 1000 without any issue!

I wanted to transform some DVDs to watch on my Tablet, and it worked perfectly

iPhone was rapidly running out of space and needed a way to offload 10+ GB of photos and videos. Used media trans for the first time and quickly pulled 8 gig of photos off and to my PC. Then got stumped on how to move the videos and sent a help request to the support team at DigiArity. Received a quick response and between their help and some infinity on my part quickly finished the job. iPhone now has plenty of space and 6 years of pics are safely stored on a flash drive. Using the program is pretty straight forward and had I looked closer at the options could have accomplished the task without help. The support group still gets a “hats off” and especially Adam. Good product!

Software does what it should and any problems with the copy usually can be resolved by running in safe mode for the copy. I've contacted tech support for a few issues and have always gotten a quick and knowledgeable response, with good results. Would recommend to anyone looking for solutions that this software can provide.

I've used this software for quite a few years and it's always been reliable and frequently updated. Tech support is always good and they are never short of special offers for you :-)

Having used the excellent Free WinX YouTube Downloader for awhile, it sent me a message to 'update'. I did this, as I have done before - usually without problem - but this time, the programme failed to work properly. I contacted the support-team by e-mail, and they promptly replied, asking for screen-shots and details of the problem. I sent this information, and a couple of days later, I received a reply explaining what the problem was, and how to resolve it. I followed the advice given, and everything now works properly again. I still think it is the best free 'app' of its type, and recommend it 100 %.

I am using the tool for about one and a half year w/o any problems until I had to reinstall Windows and couldn‘t find the license Code. My mail to the customer support, written in German language, was answered within a few hours. I received the code and some useful hints too. I must say, I‘m fully satisfied with the service and with the software as well. Thank you very much!

THE BEST VIDEO CONVERTER I EVER HAD FOR ALL MY PROJECTS,I LOVE IT
