Last night I contacted Digiarty Software for help as I could not get the code given me at the time I bought the lifetime license for VideoProc after my computer was reset. I gave the Support Team my email address and purchase order number. This morning I received an email form the Support team informing me that the problem had been solved by the technical team resetting the glitch. I tried it and was very happy to be able to get my VideoProc working again. I am very impressed by such speed the Support team worked and their kindness to me.Thank you very much .

Had a failed conversion and sent the error log to the team, they responded the same day with a solution that worked perfectly and I've since been able to apply the same solution to other DVDs that had similar issues - quick and effective feedback!

Due to a repair of my computer, I had lost my licence key for VideoProc (a great product by the way). The support team at winxdvd promptly replied to my request by sending me the key again.
