I'm going to share the LONG OVERDUE email that I sent to the developers of WINXDVD: "Hi, As I'm downloading the latest update for my WinX-DVD software I thought I'd drop a line and let you know how happy I am with this product. Before purchasing the Platinum version of the software I'd tried almost every other brand on the market, but yours is the ONLY one that gave me everything I needed in this kind of software. The user interface is easy enough for everyone - from a first time user to an advanced user such as myself, with detailed explanations of each function and suggestions for the user's needs [ie download to PC or device] and a very comprehensive choice of output formats. The best part is that the software is not only reasonably priced, but the lifetime free upgrades make it WELL worth the cost - in fact, the first couple of upgrades is actually like getting the product for free! And as for those upgrades - I don't think it would come as a surprise to most people that there are products on the market that, while they provide "free upgrades", can leave the user frustrated when those "upgrades" become a matter of "they should have left well enough alone". THIS product's upgrades though have always been, well, actual UPGRADES that make the product BETTER! Thanks again for a great product that I'll continue to enjoy using for many more years to come!" Seriously, folks..this is the ONLY DVD software you will ever need.

I have loved the use and user friendliness of the program they put out. I recently had my computer crash to the point it wiped out my operating system and I'm in the process of reviving all that was lost. Among the software lost were two of software programs from winx. I sent an email hoping they would be able to send me recovery downloads to the software purchased four or five months earlier and received email back within an awesome 24 hours with downloads available for my purchased product. Product is awesome, but customer service was even better. Thank you for all the help, would and will recommend this product to anyone.

Digiarty Software has the best Customer Service. I had a problem with the activation of some of my WinXDVD products and wrote to their Customer Service for assistance. Within a few minutes the Customer Service Representative emailed me with the instructions on how to reactivate my programs. My Problems were solved Quickly and Professionally!

I had a problem where the software would not convert a file and gave an error message. As requested I sent a query to winxdvd support. I received a quick reply asking for more details. I had found that I caused the problem myself by trying to save the conversion to a full disk. I explained this to support at which they thanked me for feedback. Fast and courteous service.

I can´t copy an old DVD with the software. I contacted the support team and in few hours they answered me indicating that copy the the DVD file and integrating via folder option, not disk option, of the program. Right away I can now use Riper Platinum in the standard manner. Thanks so much.

Customer service is really good, as they resolved my issue quickly. I highly recommend them.
