Fast response and very helpful CS, goof job !

I had some trouble with the lifetime reg code upgrading my WinX Trans to iPhone Manager. The Digiarty/DearMob customer service was incredibly responsive and hung in there with me over 4 cycles of back-and-forth problem-solving. The support ended with them giving me a free license to both programs which I've had since 2017 and never had a problem. It is now a powerful suite of iPhone tools that is a TOTAL replacement for iTunes which I hope will RIP forever. I can't speak to the video tools which I don't need or use. All the iPhone tools that I've used have worked well.

Please disregard my review of 19 February 2021 titled "DO NOT BUY". I have now discovered that my 35 home movie DVD-RW were finalised in VR mode, which is not recognised by all DVD players. The external CD/DVD drive attached to my windows10 laptop would not read these discs hence the message "damaged/unreadable disc. I have re-finalised some of the discs in V mode which is read by universal dvd players/drives. I am glad to say that WinX DDVD Ripper now reads the discs I have converted & I have now purchased the program. Future customers please note that any home made DVDs, ie home movies burned to disc on a DVD recorder should be fialised in video (V) mode instead of VR mode if you wish to convert to digital copies.

Works as expected. I needed my license key after an upgrade and couldn't find it so contacted support. I was delighted that I had the required license key within 24 hours of my contacting them.

in 2016 i bought life licence for WinxMediaTrans. software. and accidentally I remove my registration code. I decided to contact support team to help me to reactivated my registration. I was very surprised that next day I had already respond with new registration code. I want to thank for quick response and loyalty for their costumers.

Solid Products & Very Prompt Support As a user of both WinXDVD & MacXDVD, I am happy to say my experience of these products is more than adequate for my perhaps modest needs. However, I was also pleasantly surprised when I recently had cause to contact Digiarty Support over a licensing issue, that their response was prompt and that it resolved my problem with a single response. Couldn't ask for more, really... Bravo Digiarty :)

WinxDVD ist ein super Produkt, die Software ist einfach zu bedienen und läuft super. Meine Frage hat die Hotline noch am gleichen Tag beantwortet. Sehr empfehlenswerte Software !
