I have been using WinX DVD ripper for many years. It is my go-to for backing up all my DVDs. Easy to use and reliable. Just had to revisit my whole collection after the backup drive failed. It just works for what I need. Excellent stuff 👍

Der Hinweis, die Lizenz von dem PC zu entfernen unter den Informationen zu WIN X Media Trans, Hat mir sehr geholfen um meine Lizenz nach einer Neuinstallation zu aktivieren. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kundenservice, der sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend mein Problem gelöst hat die Reaktionszeit belief sich auf sage und schreibe 10 Minuten. Schneller und besser geht es einfach nicht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden 😁

I have been advised about a failure of the software, but it was only a fluke. I was advised to take a screen capture with Loom program and searching for it on internet I discovered a screen video capture software which was for me a life saver: I needed for a long time such a software. So, many thanks to Digiarty team. Any time I had a problem and I reported (as asked by Digiarty team), turned out that it was nothing that the software could do, because it was just a fluke at my end. I, heartily, recommend the software and the seller. Thank you.

There was a problem with WinX DVD Ripper. I e-mailed a copy of the problem to customer support. They immediately responded to my email and offered friendly assistance. As a result, the program is working properly again. Thank you for the excellent service.

Update 6/11/2021- they have processed refund and kept better communication. Thank you! If I could give less than 1 star I would. The product did not work, whether it was my system or theirs, and we ended up using a different product. My 1 star is due to the lack of customer support, when I asked for my refund. I was told in essence “sorry, but we’ve troubleshooted what you were suppose to do.” So much for a “money back guarantee.” Will never use their services again. Update 6/8/2021 Still no refund. Still crappy communication.

I emailed Digiarty because the licensed and registered VideoProc program I purchased was opening up as the trial version. A representative emailed back within hours and informed me that my license had been reset to hopefully solve my problem. It did, and I am very happy with the excellent customer service.

I bought the WinX Video Converter Deluxe and I love the look and they simplicity of its functionality. When I had a problem making slide shows from photos using this software, I wrote to Digiarty and sought their help. The reply was almost immediate. I sent them more information as they requested about my problem. Then within a very short amount of time I received a reply with clear instructions on what to do fix my problem. And the problem was fixed! I was delighted. The slide shows that this software makes look beautiful. I suppose that also has something to do with being able to save them as an mp4 video. In any case, this is a terrific piece of software. And I'm proud to have it on my computer. I'm very grateful to the lovely folks at Digiarty who are a pleasure to work with. What a positive experience it is to buy one of their products and work with such diligent folks at Digiarty.
