I am using WinX DVD Ripper Platinum for a few years now without any problem. Yesterday I had an update, and right after I couldn’t use it (Code 1). I contacted the customer service and sent them the Log File. This morning I received an answer and the solution they suggested fixed the problem at once. It was a very efficient and helpful service. I am a very satisfied customer with the product and the service too.

I'm a new user of WinX DVD Ripper so I run into walls from time to time. Support has been excellent. It gives me high confidence regarding their software.

I had a problem and contacted Digiarty and theyngot back to me within 24 hours and solved my problem quickly.

I enjoy using WinX DVD Ripper. It seems to work every time! I've had many DVD disk's that I thought were so scratched they could not be ripped. WinX Ripped all but four Video's. I did try Other Free and Commercial Ripper apps. What I found using other competitors' software is they are either very slow or, I had 1 in 5 movies fail to convert using free or competitor apps. I reran the failed video's with WinX and WinX breezed through the ripping session. The quality of the movies using WinX is better. So, to wrap up, out of over a hundred ripping sessions, I've only had four movies fail to convert (due to defects on the disk) with WinX. My overall view is the WinX product is doing well and wins above all your competitors!

I purchased Digitary’s WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe. The program is excellent and has become one of my favourites! Recently I encountered a problem when using the program so I contacted their Customer Support. My request for assistance was sent out late in the day and a response came back overnight. I was asked to provide 2 pieces of information, that were readily available to me when I opened the program. Within a VERY short period of time, I received a solution that worked like a charm! The truth of the matter is that the “problem” was a mistake, on my part. The program was, and still is, just fine! I would definitely rate the customer support 5 stars out of 5 stars for their promptness, diligence, and tact!

Excellent products, especially Videoproc which does everything one would want with DVDs and VIDEOs. Their support is great as well. Well worth buying their products.

I've been using the product for 8 years with excellent results. Customer service has always been helpful with new activation codes when necessary (new computer,etc.) Great way to rip DVDs.
