Ricky has always been the man to help me with any technical issue. Usually, if I replace a hard drive or some other repair, they don't recognize my device anymore. Then it says I have to pay, but I payed for a lifetime of updates. I then e-mail Ricky and he responds with the answers within 24 hours. This has happened several times but he always responds quickly. Great Software & Service Company!
