I have WinXvideoAI and I'm very happy with it. I use it mainly to download YouTube videos. For the past 10 days or so, I hadn't been able to download my favorite game show on YouTube. I emailed support and the next day it was working again. Thanks! I only use the Download Video or Download Music options and, like I said, I am very happy with it. I have been a customer for over a decade and have used other products of theirs, such as when I was copying my CDs that were degrading. Customer service usually takes a day because of the time difference but they are always helpful and polite. Good job & good products.

Je commence par dire que je travaille encore avec un vieux PC, sous Windows 7. Je suis une personne âgée, retraité. Je ne saurais pas m'habituer à une version récente de Windows. Il il y a un an j'avais acheté la version « A vie » de WinXvidéo Ai, et je m'en servais avec satisfaction. Je déplorais seulement le manque de vitesse dans les traitements d'images, mais je savais que cela dépendait de la vétusté de mon PC. C'était de ma faute. Mais ceci n'étais pas important, et n'altérait pas l'estime que j'avais du logiciel. J'en étais content. Il y a 10 jours, cédant à l'invitation du Fabricant me proposant de télécharger gratuitement la nouvelle version (gratuitement car il s'agissait d'une mise à jour, car j'avais une version perpétuelle), j'étais passé à nouvelle version. Mais à ma plus grande surprise, une fois la nouvelle version du logiciel installée, le programme ne se lançait plus ! Sur le coup, j'ai regretté d'avoir installé la nouvelle version . . Je ne savais pas qui faire. Alors j'ai contacté le Fabricant, qui a tout de suite réagi, en s'intéressant à mon problème, et par retour de mail il m'a proposé de supprimer une DLL dans le logiciel installé, et cela a marché ! En conclusion : j'étais très content de mon logiciel dans sa première version, mais je le suis encore plus dans la version mise à jour. Quant au Fabricant, je peux affirmer sa plus grande correction. Il est resté toujours aimable et participatif. Il ne m'a pas laissé tomber. Au contraire, il a étudié le problème et l'a résolu en court délai. Je ne peux que dire du bien de ce Fabricant de logiciels, et du produit lui-même.

I have been using these products for several years. Due to my switch over in PC's to Windows 11, I needed to reinstall the programs, and two out of three worked fine. The last one had a licence problem. I contacted the service. They took care of it immediately. I am very pleased. Thank you!
