I had a problem with the install which turned out to be my fault. Nevertheless, their tech support responded immediately within minutes to assist. The install was quick and I find the program very easy to learn and use. I am very pleased with the price and quality of this program.

The response to my request for reinstalling the Winx series of software (which I use on almost a daily basis) after a serious disk crash was very quick complete. There were a few bumps in re-registering the software (probably on my end) but they were taken care of quickly and without any problems.
