Edit: I had initial problems contacting support due their replies being sent to my SPAM folder. Thanks to Trustpilot they were able to contact me successfully I have now resolved the licensing issue with the help of their support department. Who replied to my initial query on the same day I submitted it. And have gone out of their way to ensure the issue was resolved,

I was desperate because all the sudden my CD ripping programe brought error notice. It worked properly in the months before. I reloaded the programme, checked the DVDs - still error. I wrote a short request for help and received the answer in 24 hours with the simple solution (I had clicked a aim folder for the result, I had no acces to). Even I could understand this. That saved my day. Thanks a lot from Germany.
