My old laptop was failing, so I purchased a refurbished one, and I wanted to keep winxDVD. However I could not find my product key. Contacted winxDVD customer services, who not only gave me the correct key, they also provided detailed information with speedy replies. Top notch company.

I am mostly impressed with the speed Customer Service responds, getting back to me within one day. My experience with WinXDVD software is also top of the line. Absolutely recommended!
