Very good communication. Some hosting providers make finding the basic protocols for setup almost like an egg hunt. Winhost clearly communicates details you need to get up and running fast. Additionally, their customer service response is amazing - file transfer from my prior host was seamless. Couldn't be happier.

Their control panel is simply the most intuitive and most user friendly that I've ever seen. Then there's a rich comprehensive knowledge base which contains answers to all my questions. I must admit that most of the time I asked questions and the Winhost support team referred me to the relevant sections in the knowledge base. The hosting platform itself is very reliable I've not experienced any downtime. With all the above positives, their price is insanely low! What you see is what you get there are no hidden costs whatsover. Going Winhost is the best hosting decision I've ever made, it's the best hosting decision you'll ever make!

You don't get stuck. If you need something extra that is not in your plan, ask. They've always worked it out with me and found reasonable solutions.
