Winhost provides really a good service, Their plans are satisfactory, up time is good, good for windows hosting. Support service is very very fine.

We have only been a Winhost customer for a short time, but so far we have had a good experience.

I switched from network solutions because you get a lot more services and quick support for less money. Network solutions wanted $50 per email for imap support. This is included for free with winhost. Because they are a smaller host, response has been quicker for support.

I initially went with WinHost in 2008 because I was having trouble finding a host that supported asp.net. I have been very happy with their service, and on those rare occasions I've needed customer support they have been quick with a reply and thorough in their response, following through with the with my query until it was fully resolved. I would highly recommend them!

I've used WinHost before and moved to another hosting company in search of greener pastures. The service was not bad at the other hosting company, but the staff did not come across as particularly friendly or helpful. They would either give short to the point answers or simply state that I cannot be assisted without upgrading my hosting plan to a $30 p/m hosting plan. Coming back to WinHost was a no-brainer as they offered exactly what I was looking for in a $6 p/m hosting plan. Quite a bit cheaper and the staff is also straight to the point, but in a very friendly and polite manner that would invite you to query their services again. They do not make you feel illiterate or annoying, but rather that they want to assist in whatever problem you are experiencing. I would definitely recommend WinHost to everyone I know.

I'm very new at building a site. I choose Winhost because I felt very comfortable with their level of security and I felt my website deserves the very best. I contacted tech support for guidance and questions with a ticket and within a few minutes a very polite Winhost tech replied to my ticket. Within a few minutes he was able to figure out I needed to do. (he cleaned up my mess) within minutes sent me an email explaining clearly all my questions and even helped me manually as a courtesy to get me going. This Tech support employee's name is REI T. Thank you WINHOST for having someone like Rei T. He is knowledgeable, polite, kind, and patient, plus I can tell he loves helping the customers. I'm very impressed with his help. I switched to WinHost back in May 2013, and was extremely pleased from the get go. Our .net sight coupled with SQL server was up and going very quickly. While I did the migration myself, the general guidance they offered was excellent. Their staff always responded very promptly to the few questions I had - a big and welcome change from our previous host. Down time was never an issue. Would I use them again? Absolutely!

I've been using Winhost for several years. I moved one domain to Winhost when the hosting service I was using became very unreliable. The features on Winhost were so much better than what I was accustomed to for about the same cost. Being able to Manage SQL Server and IIS remotely is a great benefit. My previous hosting service only offered MySQL and I had to use the PHP interface which isn't bad, but it's nowhere near as good as SQL Server Management Studio which I can use now. I haven't needed to use support often but when I have created a ticket, someone has always contacted me in a matter of hours, sometimes sooner and issues are always resolved quickly. This is not the norm in the hosting business. The control panel is a bit different from what I was accustomed to, but it didn't take long to get accustomed to it. Creating subsites and hosting domains from other registrars is quite easy using IIS. I'm using Winhost for all of my domains now. I have no complaints at all with Winhost and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable hosting service at a very reasonable price.
