I have always been astonished by Winhost support performance. These guys are just plain awesome! Each and everyone of my support requests got resolved within 10 minutes (that's really not an exaggeration) If you are using MS technologies and are looking for a shared hosting provider? Don't go anyway further, go with Winhost and you will never regret it. These guys know what they are doing and are true expert in Windows hosting. If you are using technologies other than MS then you should also go with Winhost. Their support is just plain awesome. I will never regret the day I moved all my websites from GoDaddy to Winhost. I needed web sites with database, Wordpress, and old asp program support. I got everything I needed with Winhost. The transition from my old web provider to Winhost went well. The blogs and posts on how to do various set ups were very helpful and I required no customer support. The response time and up time on my web sites appears good so far.

Earlier this year I had to move my .Net based website to a new hosting service. I tried two other hosting companies before technical frustrations drove me to seek yet another. That is when I found WinHost. To my surprise and delight my website transferred over quickly and easily. On WinHost I am using a shared server and don't have quite the flexibility I did with my original service. Specifically I had to change my Session State management from State Server to InProc; and I have to live with their password requirements for my emails. But, in the grand scheme of things those are small prices to pay for reliable service and good communication. I have no reservations in recommending WinHost
