Easy to use and great value for the money

In striking contrast to the previous two reports, my experience with WinHost has been nothing short of glorious. I had previously been with GoDaddy for about 20 years, and having reached my frustration limit, cautiously began researching other options. Even as a "pre-customer" I found the WinHost service response time to be excellent. I have been live with WinHost for about three days now, since completion of the domain transfer. The tools and customer support from WinHost made the transfer a very simple matter, and my setup is rather complex. Since moving to WinHost I have noted three specific areas of dramatic improvement. 1. Page Load times have decreased dramatically from about 8-10 seconds to about 1 or 2. 2. Email is FAR easier to use - a dramatic improvement. 3. WinHost customer support is very quick. Clearly they make this a priority, and I love it. I have found that response time is typically 1 to 2 hours. Beyond the customer support team, there is an excellent online forum with a lot of activity. I have been using WinHost for over eight years. I am impressed with their customer support - so much so that over time I have switched all but one of my clients over from another hosting company. (I will get my other client switched over at some point.) I highly recommend Winhost on the basis of their customer support. In addition, setting up new websites is easy, and the control panel is easy to navigate and use.

After a bad payment experience, and very bad customer support followup, I migrated my website to WinHost. The process took me less than an hour (For a very complicated application) and I only had one issue which I needed support with. The support was fast and exactly what I needed to solve my issue. WinHost is already leaps and bounds better than my previous web host.

Love Winhost! Very flexible and intuitive

I have used WinHost for a decade or so now and they just keep getting better. I have never not once had an issue that the support folks weren't able to guide me to a fix right away. Never been down or broken. Once I get my customer set-up on WinHost I move them over to their own account with Winhost and all is well for each of my customers. The support is probably my favorite part of WinHost. They for some odd reason never sleep. Always on the ball. I really lucked out 10 years ago when someone from Microsoft recommended them. Now I highly recommend WinHost for all your Hosting needs.
