I have been a WinHost customer for 10 years now. I started with a single site but by the end of the first year, I was hosting several sites with them! The value for money is great - something I appreciate very much as a small business owner. No hosting company is perfect, but what matters is how they tackle problems when they come up. I've faced some outages (not uncommon over a course of a decade), DDoS attacks on my sites, and sometimes even my own mistakes which caused problems on the site. Through all of these, WinHost's customer service team always helped me through. I can't recall any support request that took longer than a few hours to resolve. It is also worth noting how quickly they identified a DDoS threat on our site, efficiently shut it down, and then helped us identify where the weakness was. It helped us fix the security gap quickly and get things back online for our customers. Bottom line: in a sea full of hosting companies where it is difficult to know who to trust, I have placed mine in WinHost and I encourage you to give them a try.

I switched a few hosting companies looking for a reliable windows hosting service. I decided to give WinHost a chance for a new project and everything just worked as expected. The initial configuration settings for the database I created were just correct from the beginning. It was seamless to begin my new project. I even have a reseller plan from a famous provider, but even their service on creating the SQL database the way I needed turn turned out to be a pain, with many calls to the help desk and it was not solved. That is why I decided to look for an alternative. Thanks.

I give this rating because I had a backup issue and my issue was worked until it was resolved.

Amazing support! Got back to me right away. I had someone named Moises who actually called me and walked me through everything for 20 minutes. Fixed all my issues and had to deal with me not being so technical. I was expecting someone from Asia/South East to be answering but nope it was an LA rep who understood everything.

Excellent service

Sorry to close down my site as its use has ended. Was with two other providers before with problems until I found Winhost. Most issues were handled without problems through their excellent control panel. Individual and personal help was promptly and pleasantly provided. Overall, it was a pleasure to deal with such a thoroughly organized and well thought out company. Best wishes for the future of Winhost.
