I had used winhost for a small business that didn't work out. After receiving several reminders that my service was about to renew and thinking I needed to cancel it soon, I was billed for my next years service. So I cancelled and looked at the terms. Once billed they do not offer a refund. Well today I look in my bank account and discovered that they had credited this back to me. I didn't even ask, and under the terms of the agreement that did not have to do this. Thank you Winhost. If I need hosting services again on the future, I know where to go.

Very good customer service, I was having issues uploading my website. They were able to troubleshoot the issue in a few hours and I was good. I highly recommend using without.

I tried a few other hosting services. Winhost tools were easier for me to use. Uploading my sites was straight-forward. Their online support knowedge base was easy to use and their instructions work.

We picked WinHost because they offered an easier way to setup reliable Windows Hosting for several old Classic ASP sites we were hosting. Since 2015, the uptime that WinHost has provided was very close to 100% (we tracked it to 99.99%). When there was downtime, it was only about 5-8 minutes every other month or so. When we did need to contact support, they were relatively fast and always very respectful and helpful. Overall, we’d recommend WinHost and we’ll be back if we ever need to host another Windows website!

The WinHost staff has been great. When I uploaded my site, I made two errors that kept it from running correctly. WinHost support corrected both errors (a subdirectory issue, and a web.config issue), and had the site up. They could have just told me about the errors, which would have been great, and had me fix them, but they went the extra mile. The response time was quick, just a couple of hours. Also, my site uses SQL Server 2019, which wasn't supported when I contacted WinHost. They told me it would be in a month or two. In a month, they emailed me to let me know it was available.

I chose Winhost due to Control Panel is very easy to use, many good features, excellent support, and very happy with their services.

Website works very good and is faster than it was with my previous host. Very stable with no problems.
