Quick customer support
Quick customer support! Needed to drop a directory with tens of thousands of files, FTP was talking too long so I opened a ticket. Wala, folder and contents were wiped in a few minutes.

Currently I have no problems
Currently I have no problems. The system is a little different than what i'm used to, but everything works fine. the only support is by email which is slower than i want, but the last company is was with did't provide any support.

Thank you. As you indicated, getting someone on the phone does not necessarily mean that you are going to get support. Running a call center is expensive and requires a lot of staff - so, while convenient, it doesn't mean you will get the best person that can help with a specific issue on the phone. Our first line of support is via email and we can typically get the ticket into the hands of the person that is able to actually help. If an issue requires more discussion beyond what email exchanges can handle, we'll call you.

I have been with Winhost since July of…
I have been with Winhost since July of 2010. Love them always so helpful and have resolved all my issues in a timely manner. Definingly two thumbs.

Very reliable IIS hosting solution
I've been with hosting multiple websites with Winhost for just over 8 years. I find the service very reliable, the hosting control panel is easy to use and make changes. The pricing is highly competitive and good value for money when compared to similar packages from other hosting companies. The support is web provided only. There is no telephone support. This has never been a problem for me. All issues that I have raised with Winhost have been answered quickly.

I cannot say in words how appreciative I am of the service I have received from Winhost. I would recommend your services to every single organization. If there is every an issue, you guys have worked diligently to help me solve it and keep my site up and running smoothly.
