UPDATE: My issues was resolved personally by the Head of Product who worked with the Head of Engineering to fix it shortly after this review. While I appreciate the resolution, I am declining removing my review as the issues were still present and I know that there are ppl who are still having such issues. If I hadn’t taken other measures for resolution, I’d still be one. Not everyone has the tenacity or wherewithal to speak out in public forums. However, after this issue was resolved, I received my next deposit on time and issue free. Glitchy interface. Had issues with direct deposits and was understanding at first. Support is slow to respond, can only reach them via chat or email. They gave a series of resolution steps and promised to refund their 1% fee due to the error Took the first resolution steps they gave and ran into another system error, resulting in me only receiving 70% of my pay. That was last Thursday. Reached out Friday for an update to no avail. Circled back again Monday and the chat support rep Ravery, stated they were still working on the issue and would follow up with an update. Now it is Wed afternoon. No update and my full funds are over a week delayed. Sent a message asking for an escalation yesterday 4/30 and have yet to receive a response. At this point, I feel like I have been stolen from and am currently being gaslit in the process.

Wingspan is a standout platform, earning a solid 5 out of 5 stars from me. The ease of use and website fluidity make navigating the platform a breeze, enhancing the overall user experience. Any company that exceeds my tech expectations, is already a winner. One feature that particularly stands out is their FAQ section, which is well-organized, incredibly helpful, and relevant. Overall, I am impressed with Wingspan! I definitely recommend this pay platform for anyone seeking a seamless money management experience.

All my payments have come through with no problems. Love the email notifications of payment coming. App is easy to navigate through.

This is my first time using this platform for payment and so far it has been a great experience that showing me a lot about doing invoices yourself and how to process them.

I love how I have access to my money within minutes of approving my invoice, opposed to waiting for pay day! It’s also pretty neat how you can opt-in to have taxes taken out and paid to irs on a quarterly basis. The website is user friendly and easy to navigate. I haven’t had any issues. Highly recommend !
